Instructions: Use as a PRE-WASH treatment with shampoo. You can use it 1, 2, or 3 times a week depending on the level of damage your hair has. Apply a generous amount to dry hair and massage until completely covered. Leave it on for about 15-20 minutes and rinse thoroughly with abundant water.
